Mindfulness and meditation teaches children to be present, to acknowledge and accept their emotions and to become self aware. It provides innumerable benefits to lay a strong foundation to deal with the stressors of life.
I am offering a 6 week course over the summer holidays for children aged 5-10. They will each be an hour long. Each week is a unique session that will focus on various aspects of mindfulness:

Sessions will be offered on a first come, first served basis. You are able to book all 6 sessions as a bundle or individually as per your availability. Places are limited to keep the sessions effective and class sizes small. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
